These terms describe the pre-GA service and have not yet completed counsel review. Self-service signup, billing, and paid plans are not yet live — access is operator-provisioned via request access. The terms will be versioned and dated at every change.
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Promethean Markets data and the API. By creating a key you agree to them.
We sell released days only — days that passed the full certification chain. Availability and counts mirror the released-lane index the API serves: each build fetches it live and falls back to the verified released-lane snapshot committed with this build if the fetch cannot be strictly validated.
Keys are bound to your organization. Do not share tokens; every key has a daily request budget, and exceeding it returns a 429 without charge.
We never promise delivery faster than the measured certification time. Data is provided for research and internal use as described in the license.
Privacy
We collect as little as possible.
Public pages set no cookies and use no cross-site tracking. If site analytics are enabled, they are limited to Cloudflare Web Analytics, so no cookie banner is required.
For customers we store your organization, members' emails, and key hashes. We never store the full API token — only a hash.
Requests about your data can be sent to privacy@promethean.markets.
Data license
The data license covers what you may do with released files.
Internal research, model development, and backtesting within your organization.
Redistribution — whole or partial, raw or identifiably derived — requires a separate written agreement. Candidate-venue data is never sold and is not covered by any plan.
Where you publish results derived from the data, cite the source and the released days used.
