Every key has a daily request budget; exceeding it returns 429 daily_budget_exceeded and never charges. Unauthorized requests never consume budget. Data licensing terms are on the data license page.

Is candidate data ever purchasable?
No. Kalshi, Limitless, PancakeSwap Prediction and Polymarket US are in candidate collection and are never sold, on any plan, until each has its own certified days.
How do budgets and 429s work?
Every key has a daily request budget. Authorized requests count; 401s do not. Over budget returns 429 daily_budget_exceeded and never charges. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC.
Can I redistribute the data?
Internal research, modeling and backtesting are covered. Redistribution — whole or partial, raw or identifiably derived — requires a separate written agreement. See the data license.
How is a Desk plan invoiced?
Annually, with custom budgets and per-key overrides. Talk to us with your expected daily volume and coverage needs.
What is the delivery SLA?
Data for a completed UTC day is available after nightly certification. We never promise delivery faster than the measured certification time.
